How do I place an order?

Please email or call us, and we will prepare a quote for your rental items! To reserve the items, we require 50% down and a signed contract. The final 50% is due three weeks before your event. You can sign and pay for your order online with our digital signature system!

When should I reserve my rental items?

You should reserve as early as possible. Rentals are reserved on a first-come basis. Our busiest months of the year are March, April, May, September, October and December. We recommend placing your order for the minimum number of items you know you will need and then adding more if you need them to avoid restocking or cancellation fees.

What is your standard rental period?

The price of our rental equipment includes a 24-hour rental period for week days and a 48-hour rental period for weekends. If your event is on a Saturday, you will most likely receive the items on Friday and return/we will pick up on Sunday or Monday.

Do I have to clean the linens or dishes before returning?

Once you are done with the tablecloths, you just shake off the crumbs and throw them in the laundry bags that we provided to you. Wet linens should not be placed in laundry bags to avoid the possibility of mildew.

Return all china, flatware, glassware and other food service equipment clean of all food debris. We will wash and sanitize these items upon return. Please return them in the crates and racks in which they are delivered.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any item cancelled after the reservation is placed is subject to a 50%-100% fee. See specific details in your contract as our policy is based on your specific rental equipment.

Do you set up and break down the rental items?

Our delivery/pick up teams will set up and break down some of our rental products at no additional charge (most tents, dance floors, stages, etc.). If you would like us to set up any of your rental items, please let us know when you’re ordering and we will add that to your quote.

Delivery

Do you do deliver?

Yes! We deliver to Bryan/College Station and the surrounding areas. Ask us for a delivery quote as pricing varies based on items rented and distance.

Do I need to be present at delivery/pick up?

No, you do not need to be present as long as specific instructions are provided and the items are secure/safe. If you can be available for delivery, we highly encourage it.

How are the items delivered?

The items will be delivered to a single location/venue. Set up is not included in the rental price.

What are your normal delivery hours?

We typically deliver orders between 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday. We are available to make deliveries and pick ups 24/7. Additional labor/after-hours fees may apply.

Can you deliver at a specific time?

While we do our best to meet your needs, specific time requests are not guaranteed. We typically finalize our delivery schedule the Monday prior to our events and will give you a narrower time range at that point if requested.

I’d like different parts of my order to deliver to different locations. Is this possible?

Sure! There will be additional fees for multiple drop-off locations however.
